The Story
Villa Marina II captures the very essence of coastal living — airy, spacious, and effortlessly elegant. Framed by swaying palms and a gentle sea breeze, this three-bedroom retreat offers the perfect balance of communal space and private sanctuary. It is a villa designed for togetherness: friends gathered around one table, family scattered across the lawn, and everyone finding their own quiet corner by the sea.
Its defining gift is proximity to the beach. Golden sands and crystal-clear waters lie just steps from the garden gate, making every day feel like your own private coastal retreat. And when evening arrives, the sky puts on its nightly show — sunsets over the Arabian Sea, best watched from the hammock with the sound of waves as your soundtrack.
The Spaces
Three ground-floor suites, each opening onto its own private patio. The beach-view suite with a queen bed wakes to the sound of the sea; two garden-view suites with king beds look out over lush, swaying greenery. Every suite is air-conditioned and includes a private ensuite bathroom with hot water, towels, and essential toiletries, along with Wi-Fi and generous wardrobe space.
At the heart of the villa, a stylish living room with plush seating for five invites slow mornings and movie nights, complete with a home-theatre setup and wired music system. The adjoining dining area seats six in comfort, with a self-serve pantry at hand — microwave, toaster, kettle, and tea-and-coffee amenities, plus an RO water purifier and full crockery. (The cooking, we recommend, is best left to our chefs — more below.)
The Grounds
Step outside into a lush, sprawling garden where the scent of salt mingles with jasmine. Take a leisurely stroll across the lawn at dawn, share an al fresco meal for four at the outdoor dining table, or simply sink into the hammock and let the afternoon drift by with serene beach views as your backdrop.

A Day at Villa Marina II
Mornings begin with a quiet barefoot stroll along the shoreline. The adventurous can paddle into nearby waters by kayak, while the restful claim the hammock or a shaded corner of the garden. As the light turns golden, gather for sundowners on the sand — and let our chef carry the evening into a candlelit Kerala feast under the stars.
The Table
Dining at Villa Marina II is a journey through the flavours of the coast. Our local chefs prepare authentic Kerala cuisine in traditional style — from the day’s fresh catch to garden-rich vegetarian dishes — served wherever you wish: the dining room, the lawn, or the beach. Vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, and gluten-free menus are crafted with care; simply share your preferences in advance.
