The Story

Villa Marina I is a masterclass in quiet luxury — an intimate beachside haven designed for slow, unhurried escapes. Surrounded by swaying palms and wrapped in a sprawling 2,000 sq. ft. tropical garden, this two-bedroom sanctuary feels like a secret hideaway. And yet, the beach lies just a few barefoot steps away.
It is a place for couples seeking romance, small families seeking room to breathe, and close friends seeking the kind of stillness that is so hard to find. Airy interiors, a gentle sea breeze, and the soft rustle of palms set the rhythm here — and soon, you’ll find yourself matching it.

The Spaces

Two serene ground-floor suites, each opening onto its own private patio. The queen-suite wakes to glimpses of the sea beyond the palms; the king-suite looks out over the lush greenery of the garden. Both are air-conditioned and include private ensuite bathrooms with hot water, hairdryers, plush towels, and essential toiletries, along with Wi-Fi and generous wardrobe space.
At the heart of the villa, a stylish living room with plush seating for five invites lazy mornings and film nights, complete with a home-theatre setup and wired music system. The adjoining dining area seats six in comfort, with a self-serve pantry at hand — microwave, toaster, kettle, and tea-and-coffee amenities, plus an RO water purifier and full crockery. (The cooking, we recommend, is best left to our chefs — more below.)

The Grounds

The true magic of Villa Marina I lies outdoors. Two thousand square feet of lush, manicured garden await — perfect for dawn yoga on the lawn, leisurely strolls beneath the palms, or an al fresco meal for four at the outdoor dining table. When the afternoon grows warm, the hammock invites you to unwind with serene beach views as your backdrop.
And then, the beach — pristine sands and inviting waters, only steps from your door. Yours from sunrise to starlight.

A Day at Villa Marina I

Mornings begin with a quiet barefoot stroll along the shoreline, the sand still cool and unmarked. The adventurous can paddle into nearby waters by kayak; the restful claim the hammock or a shaded corner of the garden. As evening softens the light, watch the sun melt into the Arabian Sea — then let our chef carry the night into a candlelit Kerala feast under the stars.

The Table

Dining at Villa Marina I is a journey through the flavours of the coast. Our local chefs prepare authentic Kerala cuisine in traditional style — from the day’s fresh catch to garden-rich vegetarian dishes — served wherever you wish: the dining room, the lawn, or the beach. Vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, and gluten-free menus are crafted with care; simply share your preferences in advance.
